Choose & pay online
Select a check-up or enter the amount you wish to offer, then pay securely online. Our team prepares the personalised voucher with its single-use code and emails it to you within 2 working days.

They book their appointment
The recipient books online on labology.ch or onedoc.ch and enters their gift card code in the comment field.

They come with their voucher
On the day, the recipient simply presents their voucher (printed or on their phone) at the clinic. Nothing else to pay for the check-up offered.

How will I receive the gift card?
Once your payment is confirmed, our team prepares the personalised voucher with its single-use code and sends it to you by email within 2 working days, ready to print or forward to the recipient.
How long is the gift card valid?
The gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, in our Zurich and Geneva clinics.
What if I chose an amount rather than a check-up?
The recipient chooses the check-up that suits them. The amount is deducted from the price; any difference can be paid on site.
Can the gift card be exchanged for cash?
No. The gift card is personal and cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
