Do I need a prescription or GP referral?
No. You can book any Labology check-up directly without a GP referral or prescription. This applies to every panel, including the Full Body Scan, Nutrition & Wellness packages and the Allergies Check-up.
How do I know which check-up to choose?
Our symptom quiz takes 2 minutes and recommends the most appropriate panel based on what you are experiencing. You can also browse our full check-up list or contact us by WhatsApp and our team will guide you.
How long does the appointment take?
The blood draw itself takes around 10 minutes. We recommend arriving 5 minutes before your slot. The full visit — including arrival, draw and departure — is typically under 20 minutes.
When will I receive my results?
Most results are available within 2 to 3 business days on the Kiro platform. You will receive an email notification as soon as they are ready. Allergy panels take up to 5 business days. The microbiome analysis (Digest Check-up) takes up to 15 days from sample receipt.
Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
Yes. You can cancel or reschedule directly through your OneDoc account up to 24 hours before your appointment. For last-minute changes, contact us by WhatsApp on +41 76 690 02 17.
