your health.

On Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro or another GLP-1? These treatments work — but eating far less, and losing weight quickly, can quietly drain iron, B12, protein and other essentials. This panel tracks the markers that keep you healthy through the change, so you catch a deficiency before it catches you.

Metabolic profile

Rapid weight loss is a metabolic shift — not just a smaller number on the scale.

GLP-1 medications like semaglutide (Ozempic, Wegovy) and tirzepatide (Mounjaro) curb appetite dramatically. That's the point — but eating much less means taking in far fewer nutrients, and losing weight quickly puts real strain on your body. The most common casualties are iron, vitamin B12 and protein status, which slip while you feel you're doing everything right.

Left unseen, those gaps show up as the very things people blame on the medication: fatigue, hair thinning, muscle loss, low mood and weakness. This panel is built to catch them early. It reads your iron stores and B12, a full blood count, and the metabolic and organ markers a big dietary change affects — blood sugar and HbA1c, a full lipid panel, liver and kidney function, and thyroid and pancreas safety markers.

Testing regularly while you lose weight means you and your physician can see whether your body is adapting well — and correct a shortfall with food or a supplement long before it derails your progress or your health. The goal is simple: lose the weight, keep the wellbeing.

Before your draw: fast for 8–12 hours, drink water, and the day before avoid alcohol, fatty foods and intense exercise. This panel gives you and your physician objective data to work with — it complements medical care, it doesn't replace it.

Follow-up monitoring

Track your progress at every milestone.

Weight loss treatments work best when monitored regularly. Tests at 3, 6 and 12 months track meaningful progress and catch any imbalance — a developing deficiency, a shifting metabolic marker — early enough to fix it.

FAQs

Frequently
asked
questions

Who is this test for?
Anyone on — or about to start — a GLP-1 medication such as Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, semaglutide or liraglutide, or anyone losing weight quickly through diet. It's designed to protect your health during the change by catching the nutritional and metabolic shifts that rapid weight loss and reduced eating can cause. It complements medical care and doesn't replace your prescribing physician.
Why do GLP-1 users need nutritional monitoring?
GLP-1 medications sharply reduce appetite, so you eat much less — which can mean too little iron, B12 and protein even while your weight drops as intended. Rapid weight loss also affects liver, kidney and metabolic markers. Monitoring them means a deficiency gets caught and corrected early, rather than surfacing later as fatigue, hair loss or muscle loss.
Do I need a prescription?
No. You can book directly, with no GP referral. That said, the decision to start or continue a GLP-1 medication should always be made with your prescribing physician — this panel gives you both objective data to work with.
How often should I test?
A baseline before or early in treatment, then follow-ups at 3, 6 and 12 months. This rhythm tracks your progress and catches any imbalance early. We offer each follow-up individually, or an annual bundle covering all four visits at a saving.
What happens if a result is abnormal?
Our experts flag any abnormal result and guide you on next steps — whether that's lifestyle or dietary advice, a supplement, further testing, or a recommendation to consult your physician. You're never left with just a number you don't understand.
